The Ghanaian Women’s Association of Georgia donated 2,700 face masks to support HealthCare workers in Georgia. The Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) received 2,600 face masks and the Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC) received 100 masks from GWAG. The agencies have expressed deep gratitude for the donation. We thank all our outstanding GWAG members who contributed to make the project a success. The Director of FODAC organized the delivery of the face masks to Albany which one of the hardest hit areas affected by COVID-19 in the State of Georgia.
