Conduct a search at the Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority

We conduct searches at the Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority to confirm whether the land use is consistent with your plan. You don’t want to buy land for a house and later discover that the land is zoned for a road or a cemetery.

Conduct a search at the Lands Commission

We conduct searches in all departments of the Lands Commission to ensure that you are buying from the right owner. If you manage to purchase without doing this sort of due diligence, you could buy from an unauthorized seller

Conduct onsite investigations to ensure that there are no unknown 3^rd Party interests

This investigation is important because there may be land guards and other parties who have an interest in the property and so our team usually visit the site to research and investigate and ensure that you can move into peaceful possession of the property.  

Conduct a litigation check at the Courts

We conduct litigation checks in the courts in your location. This is important because there is no way of finding out that the land is the subject of a dispute unless you do this check, or the seller informs you of it.

Confirm whether the Seller has good title

We obtain documents of title, approved site plans, leases, land certificate, court judgment for your independent verification from the seller and to establish whether the seller has good title

Buy from authorized persons only and obtain the requisite consents

We obtain Legal Consent for the purchase from the Stool, Family, Company or Lands Commission where required by Law.

We register your property or land and deliver a good clean Land Title Certificate directly to You.
